Xavier has also sat on the Advisory committee for Department of Juvenile Justice as the Asst. Executive Director. He also sat on the Homeland Security board of Miami-Dade County. He was also chosen directly by Senator Shervin Jones and State Representative Felicia Robinson, to serve as a subject matter expert to speak on such matters, as community resilience and gun violence. This distinguished background underscores his dedication to protecting others and his deep understanding of the responsibilities that come with carrying and using firearms in various tactical scenarios. His military training has further honed his skills, making him a well-rounded instructor who brings a wealth of knowledge and discipline to his classes, particularly in tactical firearms strategies.
